Only those persons wishing to enroll in ScriptCenter are permitted to access this portion of the Site. You will be asked to provide, for instance, your first and last name, email address, date of birth, and prescription number. We do not collect or retain any information about the medication covered by your prescription number and do not collect that information online. You will create a user ID and PIN. Your user ID and Personally Identifying Information is only accessible by designated staff. Your PIN is stored in an encrypted format and is not accessible by any staff.

We may use your Personally Identifying Information to respond to your inquiries, to process transactions requested by you, to contact you in connection with products or services which may be of interest to you, to send you newsletters or additional offers, to allow you to access your information or for other purposes.

3. Child Privacy

Because of the nature of our business, our products and services are not designed to appeal to minors, and therefore we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children under the age of 16.

Disclosing Information to Third Parties

We do not share, rent or sell Personally Identifying Information to any other company, person or agency except as provided in this policy. We do not disclose Personally Identifying Information to other non-affiliated companies or persons for commercial or direct marketing purposes.

If you complete the Enroll for ScriptCenter process, we may disclose your Personally Identifying Information (1) to the pharmacy location you selected during the Enroll for ScriptCenter process; (2) in response to a subpoena, court order or a specific request by a law enforcement agency, or otherwise as required by law; (3) to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements or to protect our rights, property or safety or the rights, property or safety of our users or others; (4) to our agents, outside vendors or service providers to perform functions on our behalf (e.g., analyzing data, providing marketing or mailing assistance, customer service, etc.); (5) in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets in which case your information may be made available to the other party to the transaction; or (6) to others as described in this Privacy Statement.

Security Procedures to Protect Information

Our Site uses 256 bit Secure Socket Layer to encrypt information you provide to us through the Site while it is being transferred over the internet. Information on our servers and any information you provide us by email is unencrypted. You have an important role in the security of your information as well. Please safeguard your user ID and PIN. Any transactions using your user ID and PIN will be considered to be valid transactions.

Our Site may have links to other websites. We do not exercise control over any information you give to any other entity, even if that information was provided after linking to the entity requesting the information from our Site.
